Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Aetna Insurance, Cigna, and also Blue Shield plans.  Many PPO's also have out-of-network coverage.

Services may be covered in full or in part by other health insurance or employee benefit plans. I can assist you with this process, or you can call your insurance company and check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Reduced Fee
A sliding fee scale is available on request.

Payment
Cash, check and Visa/Mastercard are accepted for payment in the office.  I also have the ability to accept payments here on my website by clicking on "Make a Payment."   Through "Make a Payment," I can also accept PayPal, Discover and American Express in addition to Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be asked to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
